Providing every student, the highest quality of real estate education curriculum that combines the convenience of distance education with classroom environment. This combination allows all students access to an instructor lead class any time the student wishes.

Real Estate Course Requirements

The Real Estate Virtual Academy LLC complies with all registered state's real estate pre-licensing education requirements along with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) SAFE Course for mortgage pre-licensing.

Learning Model

Our learning model is designed as a mastery-based for students to master subjects in order to sequentially progress. This is a long-proven method by educators of all levels of education.

Learning Management System

Real Estate Virtual Academy LLC uses a learning management system (LMS) to create, administer, instruct, store, track and comply with each state's licensing laws. Students will be provided access to the LMS with a secure login username and password. Students will have access from any form of device providing internet access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to course material and instructor lead classes. The LMS will track students' progress allowing the instructor to monitor student's activities provide feedback to student's progression throughout the course. Student's questions will be submitted through the LMS message system with an instructor's reply within a 12-hour period.

The Real Estate Virtual Academy LLC along with the LMS, adheres to strict regulatory laws protecting all user's information. Unless expressed otherwise, the only user information that will be shared, shall be that which is applicable for state licensing requirements only.

Refund Policy

The Real Estate Virtual Academy LLC understands students may have second thoughts once they start a course. For the real estate pre-license course, the student has until the time of completing the first chapter in order to cancel the course. Once chapter 1 is completed there is a NO REFUND. For mortgage pre-license course, the student has until completion of orientation or 3 days (whichever comes first). After this period there is NO REFUND. Payment of the course are made through the LMS portal and require a 30-day processing time for refund to occur.
